Italian glass side table with black metal frame

A clean and understated side table with a nice mix of materials and shapes. The glass top, black metal frame, and lucite details give it that subtle late 1970s / early 1980s feel without being too heavy visually. We sourced this beauty in Italy.

The slim frame keeps the piece airy, while the rounded handles and soft transparency of the glass add a more playful touch. It works beautifully as a side table next to a sofa or lounge chair, but also as a bedside table or display piece for books, objects, and lighting.

Please keep in mind that because the legs are quite thin and the glass top is very heavy, the table is somewhat top-heavy and can therefore wobble slightly.
