1. Applicability
1.1. These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through the webshop and in the store of Vintage Pareltjes.

2. Product Properties
2.1. The displayed colors of products on the website may differ from the actual colors due to screen settings and lighting conditions during photography.
2.2. All offered products are vintage and may show signs of use or imperfections that are inherent to their unique character. These features are not considered defects.

3. Errors and Modifications
3.1. While we strive to provide accurate information on the website, errors may occur, including inaccuracies in stock levels, pricing, or shipping options.
3.2. Vintage Pareltjes reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel orders if necessary.

4. Delivery and Transport
4.1. For deliveries, we use the services of the external transport company Brenger. Brenger is responsible for the delivery and is therefore liable for any damage caused during transport by their services.
4.2. For shipping via regular post, Vintage Pareltjes is responsible for the delivery and any damage that occurs during transport.

5. Return Policy
5.1. After receiving the item, the customer has 14 days to contact us and arrange a return. You must email info@vintage-pareltjes.com to receive return instructions. After this, you have an additional 14 days to return the item.
5.2. The costs for returning products are the responsibility of the customer.
5.3. Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Damage or improper packaging may result in the rejection of the return.
5.4. The customer is required to take photos of the product's condition and packaging to document its state upon receipt. These photos may also serve as evidence for filing a damage claim with the shipping company.
5.5. Once we have received the item, we will inform you whether the refund has been approved. Refunds will equal the original purchase amount minus any shipping costs. If approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
5.6. For in-store returns, proof of purchase or a receipt must be presented.

6. Warranty
6.1. If a lamp becomes defective within 14 days of purchase, Vintage Pareltjes offers a repair warranty.

7. Taxes and Additional Charges
International orders may be subject to local customs duties and taxes, for which Vintage Pareltjes is not responsible.
