* An additional €15 will be charged for deliveries higher than ground floor.

Smaller items, carefully wrapped, will be shipped with PostNL. We aim to process and send your order within 1-3 working days

* Please note that some items cannot be shipped because they are too fragile or too big. If so, pick-up or delivery will be the only option.

Smaller items can be shipped by mail. Please send us an email if you would like to buy and item and let it shipped to your country.

You can easily pick up your order in our store in Amsterdam. Head over to our visit us page for all info. 

• Pick-ups can be done during our regular opening hours
  
• If you like to make an appointment to pick up your order on another day, please send us an email
  
• Pick-up should be done within 2 weeks after purchase

Items bought on the Vintage Pareltjes website can be returned.

• After receiving the item you have 14 days to contact us and return the item. First please e-mail us at info@vintage-pareltjes.com to receive the return instructions, after this you have 14 days to return the item. 
  
• You are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring it gets back safely. You’ll be refunded the original amount paid minus the initial shipping costs. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you bought it. If returning it in store you need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
  
• After we received the item we will let you know if the refund is approved or not, If the refund is approved you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
