ABOUT VINTAGE PARELTJES
Vintage Pareltjes is a vintage interior shop based in Amsterdam. We source unique vintage items and sell them both in-store and through our webshop to an international follower base.

By beautifully styling our items, we aim to inspire customers to choose vintage more often, instead of buying new.

Vintage Pareltjes is active on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest, where we daily inspire our followers with vintage content. Alongside the physical store, the webshop is an important sales channel.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Do you have a knack for (interior) trends, social media, work well independently, and get excited about vintage items? Then we’re looking for you!

You’re drawn to branding and communication for beautiful brands and can effectively apply these skills to Vintage Pareltjes. You know what’s trending and can create the most engaging content for our social channels and webshop.

Managing the webshop and other sales channels will be part of your daily tasks. Visual design and composing a good layout come naturally to you.

Additionally, you have ideas to increase Vintage Pareltjes’ online visibility and also help with styling the store with new items. No two days are the same.

You’ll work in a small team where there’s room for your ideas, creativity, and you’ll gain a solid understanding of running your own business.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Manage the Vintage Pareltjes TikTok and Pinterest channels and create content daily:
  - Conceptualizing and designing (posts, reels, stories)
  - Taking store and product photos
  - Inspiring followers (e.g., behind-the-scenes content)
  

• Brainstorming social media content (Pinterest, TikTok), contributing to branding, developing the content calendar, and performing related analyses.
  

• You’ll be responsible for content on the website and other online sales channels, processing online orders. You’ll also assist with sales and customer interactions in-store and online.
  

• Visual merchandising – You’ll be involved in the weekly styling of the store.

• Assisting with purchasing and processing new products to make them sales-ready, along with weekly administration tasks.
