Such a beautiful and soft design piece. This opalescent Murano glass hanging light was designed in 1979 by Toni Zuccheri for VeArt.
What we love most about this lamp is the organic shape inside the glass. It almost looks like a melted or dripping form, which gives the light such a dreamy and sculptural feel. When the lamp is on, it spreads a warm, diffused glow that feels calm and inviting.
The glass has that typical Murano depth and subtle color shift, going from milky white to slightly transparent depending on the light and angle. Combined with the simple chain suspension, it keeps the focus fully on the glass.
A special piece that works beautifully above a dining table, in a hallway, or as a statement in a smaller space. The lamp is in very good vintage condition with minor signs of use.
